Cinco Commercial Property Association, Inc. (CCPA)



The Cinco Ranch Master-Planned Community was established to include a Commercial Property Association. The Cinco Commercial Property Association, Inc. was established in 1990 and is a mandatory membership association which includes all the various types of commercial development in Cinco Ranch, East of Katy Gaston Road, and consists of retail, restaurants, professional and multi-family businesses. Professionally managed by the Planned Community Management, Inc. (PCMI) on-site Cinco Ranch management team, the Commercial Association includes a Board of Directors and an Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The roles of the Board include the governing of the Commercial Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and deed restriction enforcement. The ARC ensures building compliance to the requirements of the Cinco Ranch Commercial Design Guidelines and the ‘Cinco standards’ for future development.

Board Meetings

The Cinco Commercial Property Association Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every other month at the Cinco Associations office at 3022 Windemere Park Lane Katy, Texas 77494. The open session of the meeting begins at 12:00 PM.  Meetings are held in the months of January, March, May, July, September and November.
